01General Terms & Scope of Agreement

02Account Registration & Membership

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on 99fb. Opening an account with false or misleading details is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• Each individual may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be terminated and any funds held may be forfeited.
• Verification of the mobile number or email provided at registration is mandatory.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Account sharing or transfer is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect your account is being accessed by a third party, contact support immediately.
• Withdrawal access may be restricted if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.

03Age Verification & Eligibility Requirements

99fb services are strictly for users aged 18 and above. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited. 99fb does not support or condone gaming by minors in any form.

At the time of registration, you must confirm that:

04Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on 99fb are currently supported via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket mobile banking. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC verification is completed.
• For suspicious transactions, 99fb may place a hold on payments until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if bonus conditions are not met (see the Bonus section for details).

05Bonus & Promotions Policy

All bonus and promotional offers on 99fb are subject to specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you automatically agree to those terms.

• 99fb is not responsible for the outcome of any game in progress that is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.

07Account Closure & Suspension

99fb reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Creating an account using false or inaccurate information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of any bonus or promotion.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Submitting a voluntary Self-Exclusion request.

Upon account closure, any funds deposited through legitimate means (excluding bonuses) will be returned. In cases of fraud, all funds will be forfeited.

08Limitation of Liability

99fb provides its services on an "as is" basis. 99fb accepts no liability for the following:

• Interruptions to games or transactions caused by internet or system outages.
• Issues related to third-party providers (game providers, payment gateways).
• Issues arising from incompatibility between our platform and your device or software.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you fail to keep your login credentials secure.

• If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, independent third-party mediation will be sought.
